Alright so I know that we have 4 head medical leaders including myself overlooking all medics in all battlions so we are bound to miss some stuff that goes on so that is why I am asking you to talk to one of us if you feel like something needs to be changed in your battlion such as the medical leader or such because we do try out best to keep track of everybody but it gets kind of hard with the amound of medics that we have so if you feel like you have any concerns please bring it up to one of the four head medical leaders that we have.

Also if you are a medical leader for your battlion please let your commander or a head medical leader know that you are going on an LOA i understand thta if is unplanned nut if you do know please let one of us know because if you are inactive without a reason there is a high chance of you losing your position.

Now I have noticed TO MANY MEDICS are ♥♥♥♥ at Medical RP like I mean ♥♥♥♥. As of 10/28/16 There will be a new class added to the medics called Role Play Medics. These medics will focus on HEAVY RP because at like 90% of meetings I am in its "We are a serious RP server we need to RP" but like 0 medics know how to RP.

For the Role Play Medics I will choose a select few that are willing to Role Play. These select few will have the chance to actually DO ♥♥♥♥ on the ship. These medics will be THE FIRST to respond to calls like "Medic to ER we have a man down" any other medic that isnt trained will get a warning because if you want to pasive RP then come join this group.

Now to on to details and how this RP ♥♥♥♥ will work. Basically I have gotten the OK from Crisis to be able to global medical RP like "501st Battalion to medbay for your monthly checkup" or like "Come to medbay and we will see if you have become infected" after a zomibe (Zambie if its an Evant) event. Most of those situations take knowledge and these medics will gain a slow knowledge of what infections are what like the BNS (Blue Shadow Virus) or some other ♥♥♥♥ that I dont feel like going over. But so basically medics will have more classes to offer (Soon to add CBM which are combat medics) and this class will be given if you PM me in game or on Steam. (If you are a medical leader you keep your rank you just need to set a second in command who you wok closely with)

MOST OF THESE CHANGES ARE IN A BETA STAGE

HEAD MEDICAL LEADERS: So now that I a HML (I have 3 others) Our new duties are to overwatch everything. We basically over see everything. If you minge my HML's see you minging he DOES have permission to remove you if you are a normal MEDIC. For Medical Leaders, this is how the system goes. If we see you are inactive we talk to your commander and if He/She knows where you are tell them ok and carry on. But if he/she doesnt know advise them to remove their MEDL permission and to asign a new one. If the commander fails to asign one you have the permission to asign one. Now for this steam group my Head Medical Leaders should have admin permissions dont abuse them. Also for the steam group GET ALL MEDICS IN THIS BECAUSE WE CAN OVER VIEW THEM AND THEY GET THESE ALERTS!

Medical Leaders: Now as I said before if you go inactive for like 2 weeks+ my HML's talk to your commander and they dont know where you are then HIGH chance you will be removed. Now you are now allowed to set second and commands like 327th does (Example would MED2 or M2). I need you to follow this basic training method. Faces, Formations, RP Questions (msg me if you dont know the RP questions) and a MEDICAL RP part. To add to this REMOVE Inactive MEDICS because you have a limited amount of slots and if all 10 are on (including yourself) then they have no second job. Now also to add GET YOUR MEMBERS IN THIS GROUP. Like I said before they need to know if there is going to be a meeting discussing new changes.

Normal Medics: Read all the things before this. Dont complain if you are caught minging and removed because my HML should know a valid reason to kick you. Just re tryout for them and dont get your commander all pissed off at me because I dont feel the need to explain to him that my HML's can kick if they are caught minging. For normal arrests it doesnt matter but if I see (Only me) getting arrested everyday im just going to take it up with you and give you 1 warning. Now as I said before I NEED PEOPLE IN THIS GROUP dont go adverting it in game (I will remove you and you will most likely be banned for posting links in chat) its just pointless.
