Starting cash has been set to $1,500 now.

Crafting and mining has been made more accessible to the newer players now

There are now NPC's for food and resources - albeit overpriced.

ALL PROPERTIES ARE NOW LEASABLE
This means that you can now go and rent houses as you would - this no longer restricts a big game play aspect for newer players now :)
