Hello, I've tried searching for this and found other people with this issue on Mac and PC, but not how it was resolved. I recently got a Backbone controller and wanted to use Steam Link with it. It worked on my iPhone, but now when I try to use it, my Mac will enter Big Picture mode, but the iPhone is perpetually stuck on the loading screen with the tips on it. Nothing has changed setting-wise from when it worked and now doesn't work.

I've tried unpairing/repairing, deleting and reinstalling the Steam app from the phone and my Mac, using with and without the Backbone, unchecking and rechecking encoding options and remote play, and on and off my network with a VPN. I tried this on my Apple TV to see if it also didn't work there, which was the case. Everything is up-to-date. Does anyone have any advice for how to fix this?
