niko has made a map in Portal 2 and wants people to test it out.

Figured out how to get one set up for free.

It's not up 24/7. I have to turn it on each day.

Some rough times to expect it to be on:
Weekdays - 8 a.m. - 1 a.m. Pacific time. (I'm in California, And it'll be on while I'm at work, so I won't be able to answer questions or administrate things)
Weekends - 8 a.m.-2 a.m. or so.
Generally, if you see me on Steam, then the server is up.

Right now the info is public, so it is possible for someone to share it with someone outside the group. But don't do this, please. I'll keep it public for now, but if there's any sign of abuse or griefing, I'll set up a whitelist.

It's set to 20 users at once, which shouldn't be a problem. Difficulty is set to easy, so eating is not required. There are no mods, because I don't know how.

Now that we have 51 members (!) I'd like to start organizing gaming events.

I don't want to go through everyone's profiles and figure out what games we have in common, so I need people to post here what co-op or competitive multiplayer games they have. I want to figure out what the most common games are so we can organize around them.

Some other ideas:
Minecraft server still a possibility if there's enough interest. If enough people want it I can open a paypal for donations and set one up.
Streaming stuff: I don't know if my internet connection can handle it, but if it can, it might be fun to stream really bad video game movies or stream myself getting stuck in classic adventure games that I've never played before.
In the Steam group thread on the DF board, Fork suggested www.sarien.net, which is a few classic games with multiplayer, which could be pretty fun.

If you know you have the ability to run a minecraft server or stream stuff easily, let me know and I'll give you the ability to post events.
