Codename CV03

This is a group for fans of Megurine Luka to debate and discuss Luka and her voice.

Megurine Luka was developed by Crypton Future Media Inc and released in January 2009 for the VOCALOID 2 Engine. She is currently ongoing development for an upgrade to the VOCALOID4 engine and the planned release is 15th March 2015.

I don't know about anyone else, but I am really looking forward to her upgrade.

I'm really bad at making these kind of things, so if you have something to add or change, do say.
