Depends on your taste, if you like both and want both there's no reason not to buy them both together, both are great games, buy and try, you can ask for refund up to two hours! See before the refund time when it can be done.

I haven't bought Black Mesa and Half-Life: Alyx yet, and I hope to enjoy it soon.
