No seriousness, no capping

First of all, we don't prevent all capping in every game. We just make sure nobody pushes the cart in matches and servers where the ambiance is not serious. We do not disapprove capping in competitive games, just in not serious matches. We do not promote friendly harassement, and we do not promote trolldier harassement. But if somebody is capping, Gunslinger, Reserve Shooter, Direct Hit, all of them are allowed as long as it is for this good cause.
