Rules

At Gulf United, our goal is to foster a welcoming and enjoyable environment for players of all skill levels to engage with. To ensure that everyone has a positive experience, we have established a set of rules. We ask that you take the time to review these rules carefully, adhere to them consistently, and encourage others to do the same. Our staff is here to ensure these rules are applied, as well as assist you if you face any issues with other players.

Racism or bigotry is strictly prohibited. Remarks or jokes that attack anyone's sex, race, religion, culture or nationality will be taken very seriously.


All forms of derogatory language and harassment are forbidden. Friendly banter is absolutely fine but know when to draw the line. Disrespect towards other players will not be tolerated and will get you punished accordingly.


Microphone spamming and chat flooding in an attempt to spoil the fun for others is not allowed.



Using or encouraging any form of cheats or exploits will get you banned immediately. Staff may request a demo from the accused player. Failure to provide a POV Demo will result In an escalating ban period. (3 days -> 2 weeks -> 2 months -> Permanent Ban)


Manipulation of game client and commands is forbidden. This includes Interp values.


Abusing flaws in maps is not allowed, this includes using exploits to get under or outside the map, or into the opposing team spawn. (Wall-bugging is completely fine)



Idling or lack of engagement


Abruptly leaving the lobby without cause will result in a cooldown. If you plan on leaving, please wait for a substitute to fill in your spot before exiting. Excessive rage quits will be penalized.


Using spectator mode to gain any competitive advantage is dirty and strictly forbidden.


Offclass-friendly lobbies will be a feature implemented, however offclassing in regular lobbies will result in a fitting punishment.
