Having an issue with GM:DoPlayerDeath causing huge server lag. not having any errors, but theres a huge hang up. Can someone direct me in the right direction?

Guy's when i press to play button a error pop-ups says "D:/steam/steamapps/downloading/4000/bin/shadowcompiler.exe is missing" how can i solve this error
