Feel free to drop your comments and thoughts/knowledge about FPS and SERVERS!

I need information about fps and servers. Wether its good or bad to get a server with lets say 3000fps or 2000fps. I believe it's better to have the most fps I can get but some people say that's not true. There is an article about why it's bad, you can check yourself at:
