Regardless of what happens to this game, I have made numerous changes to the save game in an attempt to save Western Europe.
Here's a list of the things I did:

• Gave Portugal his core back
  
• Leon is now a vassal of Portugal
  
• Since a player on France clearly cheated, I have removed LOTS of buildings all over the place and took away his 32k (yes, he had 32k ducats)
  
• Gave England some of their cores back, vassalized Scotland to England; considering how England has a 35 year old 4/6/4 king that should be more than enough to make them not just viable, but also very strong

Whoever picks England: you ought to release Portugal IMMEDIATELY after gamestart, no questions asked.
