Subordinates may fire at targets as per a specified FCO
-Free to Engage / Weapons Free.
Subordinates or Sub-Units may engage targets at their own discretion.
-Disengage.
Subordinates will stop firing at their current targets.
-Hold / Cease Fire.
Stop all weapons fire, do not engage any targets.
-Return Fire.
Only Subordinates are to fire only when fired upon.
-Check Targets / Check Fire.
Subordinates are to ensure that the target is not a friendly or a civilian before firing.

Find - Scouting, Finding the enemy position, you can't kill an enemy you can't see.

Fix - Pin the enemy, don't allow to to move, control them in battle.

Flank - getting around the pinned down enemy force.

Finish / ♥♥♥♥ - Completely destroy them, don't leave anyone left.
