Discord. Moderation. WIP.

I'm planning to make a Discord server soon. However, one thing concerns me- Moderation.
I'll need moderators for the server. Perhaps we don't really need mods since there are only around 20 people in here (for now, at least) but I think that the sooner I deal with it- the better.
Obviously I can't just choose random people for it. That's why I am going to ask YOU about it. I'll post a discussion in here, in which I'll be looking for someone who's "up for the task".
I am not looking for just mods of the server, but for the group as well.
If you are willing, make sure to check the "Hiring Moderators" thread.
I will announce once the Discord is up.

I'll be honest with you. I created this group and have no clue what to do with it. I would like to make it a bit more active than its currently is, but I don't know how I can accomplish that.
BUT!
YOU can help! If you have any ideas what should I do to make this group greater then feel free to write them in the "Seggtestions" thread (yes, that's an egg pun).
I am also considering making a Discord server, but I think we need more people. Don't know what to do about that though.
