Rank 8 & Above - Chunin

Special Jonin - Always Contributing, Helping out Members or Recommended by ANBUs or JONINs, etc..

Jonin - Highly Potential, Recommended by ANBUs, JONINs or KAGEs.


P.S - Harb i know as a Jonin you cant promote or demote people at the moment. Like i said once you show me or rather you proven me that im right about you and your performance is superb i will immediately allow you to promote/demote members. Thank you!
