One of our dear friends account appears to be hacked or something of the sorts. He will ask you to vote for a friend of his on a random website that has a fake steam login form. Its basically designed to steal your username and password.

Again do not open the website and if you by any chance do open it make sure you dont fill in any credentials. If you have not seen this and the scammer managed to get to you i hope you have 2 factor authentication and I suggest you change your password asap!
