Sorry about revisions as I know many have begun playing with the former rule sets, but this server is less than a month old and still developing.

Finally figured out what was desired/meant/purpose for the Area of Control...

5 Weapons platforms can be built within half the AoC of HQs/Colony/Bases.

6 Area of Control prohibits other factions from establishing HQs/Colony/Bases within your projected AoC. Players within half the distance of an AoC range may be engaged as trespassers without warning.

Area of Control was never meant to be a no fly zone, claim for an entire asteroid field, or used to make sure other players had to be 6000+m away from any of your locations (formerly what would have been 12000+m given AoC used to be 6000m!!!).

It was meant to ensure you wouldn't have another person building their base right next door (ie 3000m was thought to be close enough). For example, on the same asteroid (not within the same asteroid field).

The Map was Cleaned & Proxy Alarms Removed

** Area of Control was also revised so as to not have single faction claiming unreasonable expanses. As the Server/Map grows, AoC can be revised.
