Okay so here are the rules:
- A player must recruit 5 other players to the server.
- Streetkilln or xccepted must be there to confirm they are in the server
- Players must be active on the server and have more than 6 hours ingame time.
- They can't join and go AFK.
- The player recruiting others can't be staff
