As of today, we're implementing our new reputation, referral & reports system - to help improve
our community and filter out the scammers/lowballers. Keep in mind this is a new
system and will constantly be improved. There's a lot of thought that goes behind this
system - not all of which can be shared. But here's the run-down of the new system:

Every user starts out with +1 reputation.

Users can only gain reputation from other users.

However, you can only give someone reputation if you have more or equal rep as them.
In other words, you can't give someone +rep if you have less rep than them.

You can +rep up to 4 users a day.

And you can only +rep a user once. (Once - and never again)

Any user can now report another user.

But, you can only report someone if you have two or more reputation.

The report limit is 5 reports per day.

And you can only ever report another user once.

What do reports do? Reports lead to a decrease in reputation and enough reports result in a ban.

However, if someone has significantly more reputation than you, you can't report them.
At the moment, we're working around a 60% difference.

For example: If you have 20rep. (20-20/100*60) = 8rep
So, you have to have 8 or more rep to report a guy with 20rep.

It's basically half. You have to have a bit more than half the rep of the user you're
wanting to report.

When giving -rep or reporting a user you have the option to write a little message.

These messages will be visable to everyone who visits that user's profile. There will
be two tabs/sections for each system: "reports" and "reputation".

So, this means any user can go to another user's profile and read up on thier history.

Although reports cannot be deleted - a user can reply to a report he has recieved and
defend himself/herself and give a reasoning as to why he had had conflict with another user.
