Very Interesting
I did-int know you could sell the items or rewards you get for playing games on here but I am curious why would someone buy any of it. wouldn't they want to play the games to acquire them that way? I am a little confused. could someone enlighten me?

one sneaky thing valve did was if you own a game, you can't use the point shop items for it until you have 2 hours. apparently this is to prevent issues with refunding a game you bought items for. doesn't make sense though, as they could just let you keep the items.

but if you buy them from the marketplace, you can use them with no playtime and without owning the game.
