There are several unauthorized sales on my account. help pls
on 9 Oct 2021 at 11:32 pm dozens of my inventory items got listed on sale for cents. I did not list these items for sale. I'm afraid someone might have access to my account. I already changed my password and I had steam guard enabled WHY IS THIS A THING STEAM????
I had the best security they offer on my account and SOMEHOW MY ITEMS ARE BEING LISTED FOR PENNIES ON THE MARKETPLACE????? HOW?! and how do I get my items back? I noticed the items are being bought same 3-4 accounts. Help please how do I get my items back

Do not go to external trading pages and do not click on links sent by random people...
Change passwords, remove authorized devices, etc.
Write to Steam support, but you won't get the items back since they have already been sold, etc...

Same issue happened to me today, 2024. 60+ items gone, even with authenticator in place. Scammer even used the few dollars made from the sales to make further transactions.
