The best way to start your day. This is my grandmas Homemade Lithuanian Potato Pancake recipe that she taught to me (not the nice lady in the picture above).

Ingredients

6 medium sized potatoes
1 egg
Pinch of salt and pepper
Grated onion
½ cups of AP flour
Sour Cream (optional)

Preperations

1.Grate onions

2.Peel potatoes. Grate using smallest holes. Place Potatoes into sieve to drain. Then place into larger bowl

3.Add egg, onions, salt and pepper and mix well, after mix add ap flour and mix well again

4.Preheat frying pan with 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat

5.Place 1 tbsp of potato mix onto frying pan in circular shape and fry both sides until golden colour

6.Serve pancakes with optional sour cream
