Added achievement feature.

Added an achievement feature to the table, they are challenges players can attempt for the price of $10,000,000.

Each challenge forces the player to play with specific rules, the player will be given a separate bag with $50,000, once they reach $5,000,000 the player will complete the challenge and be rewarded a achievement gem.
