Contrary to popular belief, I am not a 400-pound wildebeest, despite the absence of a full body shot in my profile. I am, however, a rather sedentary Cat whose idea of exercise is toying around with a computer mouse. Something more aerobic is needed.

Based on a fitness class I took more than 10 years ago, with a 15-minute yoga session at the end, I thought yoga was for pansies. I was horribly, horribly wrong. Holy crap! What took place in my first 90 minute class (less the 10-15 minute cool down at the end) made my legs, arms, shoulders, and buttocks burn.
