Report a translation problem
You would do it like this for a controller, so see if the same thing applies for the Ally.
If you're already in BP mode, and if the touch screen functions there, could touch Menu in bottom left corner. If it doesn't, could instead press B to 'back out' to menu.
Then select Settings > Controller > Test Device Inputs [Begin Test] > Setup Device Inputs
(It's a similar thing if Steam was in desktop mode:
Steam > Settings > Controller > and so on...)
You'll get the option to bind something Steam will treat as Home/Guide in that process.
I've read of a different solution though. In Armory Crate you get the option to set something as the Xbox button. If pressing it opens the Xbox Game Bar, you'd disable 'Open Xbox Game Bar using the Xbox button on a controller' from the game bars Settings > Shortcuts.
Guess this method depends if you use the game bar or not. Think you could work around it by mapping something in Armory Crate that performs the keyboard shortcut that opens the game bar (I don't know how the Armory Crate works, so just assuming that would be possible)
