|3 A |\| |) ! + $ premiere league II begins from 1st feb 2013 with certain modifications in the rules to ensure swift and hassle free competition.
1. Four new captains will be selected provided they can come to my home for bidding and other formalities.
2.Each team must have a minimum of 3 substitutes.
3.Not more than 1 match to be played in a single day (coz i wont hv time :P)
4.All the suspected hackers in bandits (names withheld) are requested to enroll themselves if and only if they are sure to play clean the entire tournament. Anyone suspected of hacking is directly thrown out of the competition without any warnings. So plz be decent.
5.Bidding will be done from a fresh, new pool of players.
