About Us
The 502nd Parachute Infantry Regiment, Est. 01OCT16; is a Military Simulation Realism Unit (MILSIM) dedicated to the game(s) of Day of Infamy and Hell Let Loose. We use historical WW2 U.S Army Airborne books, authentic TO&E's, WW2 era manuals utilize a rank system, chain of command and tactics. We have weekly/monthly planned operations, additional training opportunities for members.

Definition of Military Simlulation (MILSIM)
We are defined as a MILSIM unit due to our methods of training, discipline, logistics, and how we operate in terms of the backend "paperwork" administration. For example, we utilize a realistic World War II Ranking Structure of the United States Army during 1942-1946 as well as an award system that was utilized during that timeframe as well. The only adjustments that have been made are that the award system criteria for earning awards and citations has been adjusted to fit the criteria that we are limited to from an online game.

Organized & Team Players
The unit is also about a sense of community in addition to realism. You are going to be held to a higher standard of maturity and activity in our group. Our members have the opportunity to earn additional rank, through skill, time within your specific rank along with unit and being apart of the Company - Battalion S-Shops. We have opportunities for those who wish to move up in rank, yet do not want leadership responsibilities. We are very competitive, and place a high premium on teamwork and participation.
