1. Exploitation of Labor: Capitalism thrives on the exploitation of the labor force. The capitalist class owns the means of production (factories, machinery, resources) and employs workers to produce goods and services. However, the value of labor is not equitably compensated; workers are paid a wage that is lower than the value they generate for the capitalist through their labor. The surplus value, the difference between the value produced by the worker and the wage paid, is appropriated by the capitalist as profit.

2. Alienation: Capitalism alienates workers from the products of their labor, the process of labor itself, their fellow workers, and ultimately from their own humanity. In a system focused on profit and efficiency, workers become disconnected from the fruits of their labor, leading to a sense of detachment and disempowerment.

3. Unstable: Capitalism as inherently unstable due to the fundamental conflict between the bourgeoisie, who seek to maximize profit and maintain control over the means of production, and the proletariat, who are exploited and alienated by the system. This conflict, driven by economic interests, leads to tensions and struggles between the two classes.
