What if there's a server that allows you the option to play TF2 the way you know and love?

What if it lets you have custom weapons with whacky and innovative ideas?

WHAT IF... It didn't require you to pay a hefty time fee in the loading screen and drive space because it HAS NO DOWNLOADS?
