Okay so this is the first event and it's just me looking for people willing to donate their commando grades so that I can trade them up into assassin grades and raffle them off once I reach 8 assassin grades (1 of which I'll keep and name to commemorate this first event) I'll raffle them off in a private raffle on scrap.tf and yeah..
