In light of the recent tweet made from the Official Account @WIPGamesStudios and the opening court hearing.

I am here to ask the public for forgiveness, the tweet was a rash and impulsive decision I deeply regret.

So, I have taken it upon myself to donate £10,000 to a local charity and I would like to keep this organisation anonymous to protect their online identity.

Please keep in mind, us 3 men have had to carry emotional damage throughout our lives caused by Emot and are ready to fight this case fair and proceed as according.

Some new evidence has come to light and we will also be sharing this soon.

Emot has since responded and is pressing legal charges due to 3rd party groups interfering with the case. Emot is trying to receive £1,000,000+ to fund his "hot glue hobby." We have decided to follow suit and proceed with legal action. We have hired one of England's best up and coming lawyers, better known for his Netflix documentary Better call Sando.

We feel with the team behind us, we have a strong argument and have no doubt of winning the case.

The court date is 31/3/2020 at 3:30 pm and will post updates after the court hearing.

At the end of the day, we have come to a decision to release emot of his contract with the team. No effort, no commitment and no support from this member and quite clearly is dragging the team down. We feel this decision will benefit WIPGames for the foreseeable future for us to dedicate more earnings to our unique and enjoyable games.

As for emots future career in 3D animation, we feel that it is essential for all studios to avoid this man at all cost. Without the other commitment of the WIPGames creators, our previous project would have been a total disaster. Emot almost cost the company a huge grade downfall.

What this disgraceful animator did is unforgivable and as we see it, an attempt at sabotage to the careers of our other memebers. First, he created ONE singular hand when asked to design a full troll. The hand he created had too many polygons for our game engine to handle and crashed the full program. Second, when Emot came to design what was left of the troll, he campletely half-arsed the project and made what seemed to be a bog eyed, low polly Mike Wazowski rip off. Finally, as chief 3D animator, we would expect these trolls to atleast be animated to have some form of hope but again failed to pull through. The final product was a Mike Wazowski looking troll with one hand that had no animation. The other members saved the project by having perfect code, perfect GDD and our over encumbered 3D modelist who had to work over time to make up for Emot's laziness.

To make it worse, Emot the proceeded to study 3D animation at Manchester Metropolitan University, funded by what remained of the expenses from WIPGames.

Even though WIPGames paid for Emot's University degree, there is talk of him finishing early and not completing the course. Because of these accusation, we have no other choice but to relieved him of his contract with us.

In conclusion, Emot will be declined his requested of 12 months sick pay and will be asked to return his company issued Nintendo Switch (that we believed he has sold) along with all amiibos purchased on the company credit card without consulting the team first. Emot had a bright future ahead of him but his laziness and lack of enthusiasm has caused us to terminate his contract. As said before, if other companies are looking to hire a 3D animator, please for your own safe, stay away from this man. His P45 has been sent through the mail and we are currently waiting on his response.
