Before TIL went down, you guys asked for a realism server like what TIL.Realism used to be. Laid back and not nitpicking every little thing you can do, kill, or how you have to react to every situation. That's not fun.

Anthomnia messaged me to get me in contact with this server, and after talking to the owners for a bit, they seem sweet and really just want to make a place where everyone belongs. Where the staff aren't exempt from rules like some servers allow, where in the end, it's a game people should be able to relax and enjoy without worrying about every little move they make being reported.

While this server has nothing to do with TIL, I felt it really could be a good place so I'm posting to see what you guys think!<3 Not full on realism, it gives you the chance to actual be the dinosaur, but still have the freedom to make your own choices. A place to get away from the craziness on normal servers, but a place that people have to actually use common sense. Imagine that.

I've received multipled requests about bringing back a Realism server for TIL.TheEnd. Now with absolutely no risk of the servers going down again, I would love to go back to hosting something for people to enjoy! With stable and secure servers, you guys will be able to play nearly lagless. If you're interested, keep reading!

I'm sorry for the (extremely) late announcement. I was staying with a friend when all this happened, and honestly, I didn't know how to face it when I got home. But, as you can see, TIL.TheEnd is back online. I have only brought up #1, with all the dinosaurs from before saved and family share enabled. No, I did not do this without permission from a Developer, nor anything illegitimate, before anyone assumes. I stayed quiet while waiting for it to be solved, without involving the community nor my staff (which I apologize to all I've kept in the dark), as I've seen more than enough mixed responses about all of this. Some personally attacking me for it, that of which I've actually had to block to avoid it further. For everyone that stuck around through it to read this (I know it has been very long since anyone has last heard from me). Thank you to those who sent me the kind words and support though. I appreciate it so much. Explaining it here further is just beating a dead horse, so if you want to message me with questions, you are free to.

Since only one server will be online for now, let me know if you guys are interested in seeing different variations of the servers like we had before. TIL #1 is low PP as it's always been, and since it's been so long, I'd love to hear what you guys would want to play now in #suggestions.

However, these realism servers will not be coming back online under my hosting. I'm still proud of this server and I am happy to have had been able to provide a place for it to get it's feet in the ground. Good luck to you all. The discord will be deleted in a few days, as it no longer has a purpose. This steam group will simply be inactive, deleting it would require me to remove every member, and as this community grew so much, I cannot take the time to do. So leave as you please.

Hey guys. Huge update here, so please hang in there and read this whole thing.

We've decided that there is nearly no realism to be had in a sandbox server. People aren't eating the corpses they kill, they're suiciding instead of respawning, they're fighting to the death over food/herds, causing more corpses, they're simply not caring. We have rules, and they're in place because we want to make this server as realistic as we can. We wanted to provide a place where you could all enjoy this idea with us. But this sandbox server, there is simply no realism here. There is no fear of dying. There is no need to survive. Who needs to eat as a herbivore if you can just respawn and have full food? Who needs to actually kill and eat the whole corpse, when corpses are just laying around for everyone to share? Who needs to run across map when you get a bad spawn, when you can just run off a mountain and respawn at a better location much quicker? There is no risk, there is no loss, there is no use following the rules, so there is no reason for us to have this server. There are nonstop reports because people don't read rules, don't care to, don't want to. Whatever reason, it's not being done and this isn't enjoyable for players or staff.

The sandbox server will be closed to @Members of the discord only. starting tonight. If our members can not show us that they can handle having this server within the next two weeks, we will be taking the server away completely. There will be a second group you will be invited to if you are a member, so go to #mem-request-to-join and submit there! This give our members the option to choose between playing this sandbox server, or surviving on progression. And about going back to progression, as much as you guys hate the new prog points system, at least try it as it is until the next patch hits.
It isn't as bad as you guys are assuming, and theres this element of survival and an actual need to eat, instead of just killing cause you're bored and having to clean the corpse up so you can do it again. When the dev branch patch becomes live, we will be adjusting the progression points to be less of the struggle that it is now, but will still require time and effort. So we're all going to have to get used to it, and realize survival isn't easy. Sandbox isn't survival. So @Members will be held to an even higher standard when playing on this server. If you break rules enough to the point that we think you no longer appreciate the sandbox server, you will lose access to it. Simple as that. We've been too lenient with people breaking rules, and people have been demeaning and insulting the staff for it. So now, if you choose not to play in the spirit of realism, we choose not to let you play on our sandbox.

Second change. To get member rank, it's not just sitting around for 2 weeks to get member now. The requirement is lowered to being in the discord and group at least 1 week, but you will also be required to take part in at least one guide herd/pack or event on the progression server.

To go along with these changes, we are doing a Rebirth Event Tomorrow. 3/18/17 at 7pm EST. We will be nesting people in to prepare for it all day. The staff will be different kinds of low tier herbivores, all preparing nests to bring in all the babies they can. But some pesky utahs (staff will nest in players) don't like these herbivores overbreeding, and will be preying on the little ones that can't hide. Come be the prey with us and find out how survival should really be, or hunt us down as a utah and teach us how little we really know about The Isle survival.


All current Members will remain members. If they break rules to the point that we assume they are not taking the sandbox server seriously, they will be demoted to hatchling and lose access to the sandbox server. This server is not your right, and we have been working around the clock on reports that people are breaking even the simplest of rules. So if you want to play here, you will play by the rules, or you will be kicked from the Members Exclusive group.

Alright, here we go! 2 hours until our event starts! All carnivores need to get off the server to allow herbivores to get to their starting point. In one hour, carnivores will be allowed back online to get to their starting points.

Within these next two hours, no killing is to be taking place. Anyone caught killing will not be allowed in the event and strikes will be dealt.

This event is taking place on the sandbox server. Remember, Shants and Maias only!
