you kow there is a highreach embassy in highreach keep right? inside there is eleswyr embassy and thalmor embassy the 2 of it seems buggy because i can't sell any skooma to the elsewyr embassy and the batlle zone from the thalmor embassy didn't appear on the map. is it just me? if anyone know how to solve this please tell me
