I just finished puting up an Arma 3 Exile server. It could use some bug testing, as I am sure the battleye filters are not perfectly tuned yet, so there is bound to be some kicks and possibly bans issued out by the server accidentally.

We could use some help as far as that is concerned, go ahead and play on there if you have the time and leave us feedback about any bugs or glitches you experienced while playing on the server.

Our TS3 server is now running on a DNS, so the IP will update automatically from now on.

The IP address previously posted will still work, until our ISP changes it, if they happen to use dynamic IP's.

If you have A3, and you also have A3 launcher, do us a favor, search for rollcallgaming's chernarus summer exile server and download the mods required and join up. They will be updating to the latest version of exile very soon, which is looking to get pretty damned epic.

We need anyone who is willing to put in some time and effort, is mature enough to know when to get serious, and can play well enough that they don't need to ask us questions every 2 minutes.

Yes, there is alot of new stuff in exile, and alot of custom stuff on the server we play on, but learn it on your own just like I did. We need to generate poptabs and scavenge building supplies as quickly as possible and start affecting the flow of the server, preferably to drive away the whiney ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and keep the hardcore players involved to keep things interesting.

The server is damn near fully militarized. From Bradley's and BMP's to Cobra's and Apache's and everything in between. The admins also intend for the game to be played the way the mod was intended, there are very few rules, but the few they have are enforced very seriously, so be warned. We do not intend to get banned just because you are associated with us and are acting a fool.

So anyhow, fire up your copy of Arma 3 and come relive the glory days of DayZ Epoch, but better.

Some things on the server, to maybe get you interested:

--CUP weapons and vehicles, much better arma 2 ports than the ♥♥♥♥ RHS did.
--Ryan Zombies, but without the demon's, most zombies walk, but a few run.
--view distance adjustment thanks to exile.
--Cherno map ported by CUP, includes A3 buildings and damn near everything can get entered.
--Random AI spawns
--DMS missions, somewhat difficult, but not overly insane, basically the same as any AI mission system.

Come check it out, if you like the more hardcore Exile/DayZ style, then this is the server for you, hence why we like it.

Now that I actually have internet again, there is a small TS3 server being hosted by my desktop/server, and there may be plans for an actual game server in the future, depending on my internet connections capabilities, which honestly, isn't much, but is stable enough to at least host a voice server for us all to use.

As far as I know, I have a dynamic IP address, so at some point the IP for the server will most likely change, if/when it does, I will be pushing out the info for the new IP through another announcement, so keep an eye out for it in the future.

In other news, I started playing STO again a few days ago and I intend to knock the dust off the fleet and its projects, and am also considering forming an armada with another fleet just to get things kicked off and going again.

If anyone on your friends list plays it, send them my way, I am not looking to be absorbed by the game again, so I am looking for someone who is and can handle the basic operations of a fleet and getting people into it.
