Oh, one thing to note. This bug does not affect ground/water vehicles, only aerial. Not sure about jets/planes though, havent got any reports yet

Have you checked the error logs from workshop -> errors? Might be something in there.

Edit: Checked it, nothing in there.

Giving NPCs handcuffs?

They can't equip them at all.

Are they limited to guns only? I never went into npc coding, i made a soldier that says hi and tells you where to go xD
I think you can use other 'equippables' such as food and stuff, but not handcuffs as they are another thing entirely.
