as the minister of industry, i have ordered finnish heavy and metal industries to start producing supplies for war. most important one is going to be manufacturing airplanes for the airforce and ammunition to the army.

the average work hour is currently 8 hours a day, and sunday is free day for all workers. if possible, the factories also take female labourers to boost the industrial capacity. also, i have formed a national scrap week for every finnish child, during this time the children will collect spare metal and bring them to collection places for example, to local firestation. it will surely bring the industry useful resources and encourages the children to work and support our great nation.

only downside will be that as the industry concentrates more on the war industries, it wont be manufacturing trade goods. however, the forest industry and paper industry will do their best to make trade goods so we will receive trade goods.
