There has been a stagering increase in emmigrants in the past few months,so now im starting a boarder patrol or the F.B.P.F the finnish boarder patrol force.
this new force is to be put into immediate action.

Also the emmigrants within the country will be interogated and asked for ID and a full finnish citizen-ship. This force will be the Gestapo AKA The Secret Police
