Add LAN servers for LAN gaming

There are a lot of games that support LAN at the moment. It would be a very good idea to use Steam servers to get a virtual LAN with all players in the game, so that you don't have to suffer and look for other solutions..

You're describing a VPN and there's heaps of existing solutions for VPN. Use those.

I know this is a ready-made solution, but how to solve a situation when 70 players are playing the game on a local network, each with different software. Convince everyone to install the same VPN?

If you are playing the game on a local network, you don't need any VPNs as you're on a local network already.
