So if I block someone in a discussion, profile, review, guide, image, or workshop thread, their comments shouldn't cause notifications to be updated. Also if a user is blocked, maybe have them permanently erased from the end of the user that blocked them, sort of like what Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Twitter does it.
