Choppy audio for length of game session

RTX 3070ti
GPU Driver: 546.17
Game: Halo Infinite
No other recording software running
When viewing timeline to clip something, I noticed that the audio was extremely choppy. Completely unusable as audio from both the game, my mic, and Discord all rapidly cut in and out.
