I noticed something when using the View > Recordings tab on steam.

Upon seeing all of my clips (indicated with the yellow scissors) I noticed that only ONE of the 20+ clips I have has been "Uploaded" (indicated with a steam cloud uploaded symbol in the bottom right of the clip thumbnail).

Unless I'm missing something, the only way to get your clip "Steam Uploaded" is by specifically opening a chat window with a friend, clicking the attachment button and then clicking "Upload last clip.." if you use this method specifically, that clip will get sent to your friend, but also when viewing the clip in the View>Recordings window, it will have the steam cloud uploaded symbol.

When clips are "Steam cloud uploaded" they appear, and only THOSE ones appear in the Profile>Videos page. All of the other clips aren't there in that page.

If I'm missing something or a method to get <all> of my clips on my Profile>Videos tab, please let me know! I feel like i'm either missing something, or there's a bug.
