Request For Steam Recordings: Audio Track Mixing Options
So steam lets you choose what audio to record by process and the microphone, right? i'm posting this here for the sake of everyone who wants to use steam to record videos of them and their friends playing games for youtube and other sites.

We should be allowed to split the audio into multiple sets like so:
Set 1- Single track - (Microphone+Game+Other) Everything is put on the same track, which is not what most people prefer but it's there.
Set 2- Double track - (Microphone, Game+Other) This puts the microphone onto a separate track, just like the option in Nvidia's Shadowplay. By having it on a separate track, this allows the user to mix the volume of the microphone separately.
Set 3- Triple track - (Microphone, Game Audio, and Other) This puts the Microphone on its own track, as well as the Game's audio on its own track, leaving all the other process running and selected to be recorded together, allows mixing the game and background processes to be different volumes or temp muting the background while leaving the game and microphone intact.
Set 4- No track limit - (Microphone, Game, Process 1, Process 2, Process 3, Etc.) This puts every single audio process on a different track, allowing you to mix literally everything separately. however, this would increase file size massively if you select a lot of processes to record, so its an advanced thing.

This
This would be tremendously helpful in editing, especially if levels aren't right or there's part of the microphone audio you'd like cut.
