Steamworks common redistributables deleted when ejecting SD card
Can a fix be implemented to prevent redistributables being deleted in this case? I assume steam thinks they are no longer needed because the game they were for is technically no longer installed.

But steam DOES know that a game was installed to a drive that is no longer connected, surly this information could be used to prevent the Steamworks common redistributables from deleting and needing to redownload every time you insert the SD card?

Try uninstalling the redistributables while the SD card is inserted then reinstalling when it is removed. That should force it to install to your internal storage.

Just tried that, it just has the base "Game" of SCR which is so small it's 0B I think all the components it can download for running games are like DLCs.

So at the moment it has to download 527.5MB every time I insert one of my SD's, not checked the other.
