[SCREENSHOTS] External Screenshots not being saved to their defined path
My apologies for bothering but i came to report that:

Since September 20th (Last time a screenshot was saved on my drive) the option:

Steam->Options->In-Game->External Screenshots Folder

is not working properly!

I've taken numerous screenshots since the date mentioned above and none of them were saved to my external folder, sadly!

Currently using the latest version of Windows 10 and before it's asked, this folder is on a different HDD and it's not protected by any higher privilege.

It's worth to mention that the "Show on DIsk" indeed shows on disk, but in the folder where steam is installed

Eg:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\numbers1\numbers2\remote\numbers3\screenshots

also the one that are saved are not saved in the PNG format, instead they're saved as .JPEG differently from the external ones that are saved in the PNG format to keep their quality.

Hope you guys can get it fixed and sorry for bothering once again.
