If Splat wasn't paranoid enough about his opsec and infosec before, he certainly will be now. I just hope there isn't any lasting damage, in particular to the huge archive of videos on his YT channel. We can say what we like about what he/people in general should have done to keep their accounts safe, but they're victims. Just because someone forgot to lock their door doesn't mean it's OK to rob their house and we would all be happier if we lived in a world where we wouldn't have to worry about slipping up momentarily.
