SOPA is back, and it's worse than ever!

No information given.The very basis of the concept is that this act allows the U.S goverment to close down any website that contains, links or even so much as hints to other copyright material. For example, if your website has a link to copyright infringement material, it will not be removed, but the whole website will be shut down.

Basically it would do a lot of damage in form of restricting information movement and allows internet censorship. However this is an American act. Since America isn't everything and actually growing farther away from it, moving on, the websites will transfer to other locations and mainly station themselves outside of U.S. Now what that would do is more or less isolate the U.S. internet and basically make it very very poor. This does not just effect American citizens, it effects people all over the world. Tumblr, Facebook, Steam, and everything else you could imagine will be constantly monitered, and possibly shut down.
