The Stages of Pyrosharkians

The different stages of citizenry give Pyrosharkians different rights and honours. These are the basic ones I could think of off the top of my head.

1.

The Pyroshark Elder

This is the highest rank of citizenry one can achieve. With this status you may vote on Exile, SDVs and Protection votes. In the Elder Council you may advise the President and assist on the Presidential votes.
This status requires any hat or misc

2.

The Pyroshark

You are now fully considered as a citizen of Pyrosharkia. You are now eligible to be voted to presidency or any other political offce. You may also elect someone for candidancy. Also you have full voting rights.
You must have proven yourself in a Pyroshark duel to achieve this status

3.

The Pyrosharkling

You are part of Pyrosharknia, but not concidered a citizen. You may not vote, nor elect a candidate. You are eligible for Exile and protection.
This status requires that you have a neon annihilator
