Wont give me my money back
I deposited 100 dollars into this site, and it was on a pre-paid visa, i have yet to have it verify on the website, so i cant get the money back, and its still trying to verify it. Would not reccomend this site till i get this fixed.

Hi there,

Our ID verification can take up to 48 hours. Users who don't verify or do not pass our verification, - the funds automatically get refunded within 4 business days, however, it can take your bank up to 10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

If you're experiencing issues, please email support@skinxchange.com from the email connected to your SX account as Steam Group isn't used for support.
