Did Masayuki Doi deserve all the hate from the Megaten community?
I recently watched Larrue's video on Masayuki Doi and how much he's contributed to many franchises including SMT.

I personally really enjoyed his interpretations on Kaneko's work and seeing him take the mantle and now steer the Megaten ship is really exciting.

I like his work, he has his own style, Kaneko has his own style, I couldn't say that either one is better, tho I have to say that Kanekos style felt more unique and that Dois is more generic anime.

I agree I do miss Kaneko's work and we have the golden era of megaten from the PS2 era to go back to. It'll be interesting to see how Doi will evolve the series moving forward.
