Hmm, that's odd, not sure why that would happen. Are you playing on windows or mac? I don't know if that could be the issue but I know there are some issues people have had with the mac version not downloading the theater file.

Well, I know the maps will download for you if you join while we're playing on a map you don't have. It just downloads during the loading screen. As for where to find them separately, I know Daimyo gets a lot of them from the workshop. However, he does make modifications to a lot of them, as far as spawn points for bots, so I don't know if there's a way to download all of his versions of the maps besides just playing with us and having them download as they come up in the rotation.

Hmm, under the admin tools, I've only got manage bans and manage group members, no option for creating new subforums, is that something you can enable for group officers?

Hey Daimyo, I was actually thinking it might be cool to set up a new subforum in the discussion section titled something like "user creations" where people could share anything they've made related to this server or insurgency in general. Like if someone makes a cool mod or takes some cool screenshot or video of gameplay in the server. We could just continue to post that stuff in the general discussions, but I figured having a dedicated subforum would encourage more users to start sharing stuff.

I do like the idea that players could position themselves defensively to prevent bots from spawning right on top of the checkpoint but that once a certain distance is reached from the checkpoint bots will spawn regardless of LOS. Also, if this caused the bots' specific spawn locations on the navmesh to be somewhat randomized and change depending on how players set up their defensive positions it would add a lot more variation to each map. I guess one issue could be players finding out specific defensive positions that can exploit these mechanics and force bots into bad spawn locations.

ok cool, i saw the screenshot now. Go to your insurgency game folder's custom workshop content folder.

Should be somewhere like this: steamapps\common\insurgency2\insurgency\custom\workshop

In that folder, delete any files that are called daimyo_gnalvl_theater. Then the next time you try to join the server it should redownload the latest theater file.
