Greetings Sir or Madam!

Welcome to the premises of the Royal Achievement Hunting Society, one of the most prestigious groups within Steam. We, the ladies and gentlemen who are its highly esteemed members, have decided to consort with one another in the form of this little circle to facilitate and promote our shared aim of obtaining as many of the achievements entailed by the videogames we enjoy to play during our leisure time as possible. Good company is an excellent amenity improving almost every amusement.

It is important to emphasise that we are not just a band of ordinary achievement hunters. The members of this society call and distinguish themselves as Royal Achievement Hunters for a reason. While we are indeed achievement hunters we are even more so completionists. Since the difficulty to obtain an achievement varies greatly from achievement to achievement, we favour quality over quantity and our main objective is not to obtain as many achievements as possible but to reach an average game completion rate as high as possible. Acquiring half of the achievements in a handful of video games is often far less of a feat than to obtain every single achievement in one game. As such we favour a high completion rate over large numbers of accomplished achievements. Of course, maintaining a high average game completion rate is even more impressive in the light of an overall great amount of acquired achievements.
Just keep in mind, a Royal Achievement Hunter does not simply start firing indiscriminately hoping to hit something. If he flushes out game, he sticks to its heels until he is finally able to bring it down.

Average Game Completion Rate of 75% or higher

At least 5 or more Perfect Games

No current nor past use of third party programmes, cheats and glitches

Accomplishment of achievements solely by your own

Good manners

Exceptions: Honorary members
